1. To be in command of complete operations and manage the entire office .
2. To ensure smooth flow of work at various project sites by managing the labour contractors .
3. Preparation of daily report on the progress of work and schedule for the next day .
4. Coordination with accounts for smooth flow of payment from clients.
5. Preparation and Keeping track of all quotes for clients and maintaining google sheets for enquiries , orders and flow of work , payment .
6. Overall running the show smartly
