Product Specialist Job Location :-- Hyderabad / Mohali /Chandigarh / Baddi ---office. Overview of Role Company is seeking engineers to assist with their growing demand for factory integrations. Candidates must be personable, self-directing, enjoy problem solving, and have an eye for detail and perfection. This position will include extensive travel to remote parts of India and other countries. Responsibilities 1. Complete factory implementation and integrations (as required) 2. Conduct client training post integration and get document sign off 3. Troubleshoot manufacturing issues 4. Evolve creative solutions/suggestions for integration and ease of operations at the production site 5. Help Sales team by providing demos and providing response to technical queries 6. Develop seamless integration processes with different partners (SOP\'s) 7. Provide on call support to factory issues 8. Visit prospect client sites and study their manufacturing process. Prepare process report. Skills Required 1. Good exposure on CIJ/TIJ printers like Condot, Domino, Videojet, Wolke, Markem, etc 2. Good exposure on vision systems like Cognex, Matrix, Motorola, MicroScan, etc 3. Command over Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint 4. Personable and self-directing 5. Good communication skills (both verbal and written) 6. Ability to quickly solve challenging problems and deliver effective solutions 7. Detail oriented 8. Excellent teamwork skills 9. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority 10. Knowledge of Datamatrix printing 11. A fresher having good technical, learning and problem solving skills can be considered. Desirable 1. Knowledge of Regulations around serialization and barcoding 2. Knowledge of GS1 standards 3. Exposure/experience at manufacturing plants will be an advantage 4. Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Databases Qualifications A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in relevant industry BE / B. Tech/ B.
