Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a professional manner. Provide accurate information, resolve customer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow company policies and processes to ensure service quality. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues promptly.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written

communication skills in English

(mandatory). Comfortable working on

night shifts
