Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound sales calls and meetings to potential clients to promote our IT solutions and digital marketing services.

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on leads in a timely manner.

Stay updated with industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

Qualifications

0-3 years of Proven experience in sales, particularly in IT sales and digital marketing.

Strong understanding of IT solutions and digital marketing concepts.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport and effectively engage with potential clients.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

MBA Marketing (Preferred).
