What are we looking for Self-motivated candidates with prior field experience in Pharmaceutical companies, pharmaceutical distributors and pharmaceutical stockists will be given preference. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associate for our Health-Tech company. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building partnerships and collaborations, and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and analytical skills, as well as a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. Job Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess market trends and identify potential areas for growth Build and maintain relationships with stockists, distributors, and stakeholders Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities Prepare proposals and presentations for potential new business ventures Negotiate contract terms and conditions with potential partners Communicate with internal teams to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget Requirements At least 2-3 years of experience in business development within the pharmaceutical industry Bachelor\'s degree in relevant field Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and market trends Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
