Role Overview

We are urgently hiring an experienced

Civil Lead Engineer

to manage the civil and structural engineering scope for large-scale

Oil & Gas projects (onshore/offshore)

. The role involves leading design, coordination, and site execution, ensuring adherence to international standards and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise civil & structural works: foundations, pipe racks, supports, buildings, and underground utilities. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation). Ensure compliance with ACI, AISC, IS, BS, Eurocode, Shell DEP, Aramco, and ADNOC standards. Review soil investigation reports, grading plans, drainage, and site development layouts. Provide site execution support, resolve technical queries, and ensure work quality. Manage and mentor a team of engineers and drafters for timely deliverables.

Qualifications

Education:

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) (3-Year Civil Diploma with relevant experience may also apply)*

Experience:

10-20 years in Civil/Structural Engineering for

Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical projects

Mandatory:

Minimum

8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry

Software Skills:

STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Tekla
