Job Location & Job openings: Pune Key Responsibilities:
\xef\x83\xbc Planning and overseeing of end to end certification for ICS projects, Plants and processing
units (Current and new).
\xef\x83\xbc Decide appropriate certification bodies for certification of existing/new projects and units.
\xef\x83\xbc Planning and overseeing the internal and external audit will be done as per schedule.
\xef\x83\xbc Prepare all audit related documents.
\xef\x83\xbc Handle all audits with zero NC\'s.
\xef\x83\xbc Assist in developing/updating standard operating procedures for all business operational
activities.
\xef\x83\xbc Plan and provide training to team members regarding new updating in standards or on trace
net. Education and Skills:
\xef\x83\xbc Diploma/BSc/MSc (Agriculture) or relevant field.
\xef\x83\xbc Good knowledge and experience in organic farming.
\xef\x83\xbc Good Knowledge of Auditing for Organic Certification for minimum 2 yrs.
\xef\x83\xbc Should be comfortable in travelling to different Project locations in India.
\xef\x83\xbc Should be a good team player with multitasking abilities. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 920,000.00 - 930,000.00 per month Benefits:
