Designation:- Sr. Accounts Executive

Qualification - B.Com/any Post Graduate in accounts.

Experience - 5-9- yrs.

Salary : As per industry norms.

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

:

Export Accounts knowledge is must with excise duty, sales tax, service tax, stock valuation, banking transactions like buyers credit, letter of credit, etc.

Management of petty cash transactions.

Controlling credit and ensuring debtors pay on time.

Reconciliation of direct debits and finance accounts.

Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate, entries into TALLY..

Preparation of statutory accounts.

Working with journals, sales & purchase ledgers and spreadsheets.

Assisting qualified Accountants with audits.

Maintaining accounts system.

Liaising with other departments and business units on a range of issues.

Banking money and cheques received and issuing receipts as requested or needed.

Processing credit card payments received.

Maintaining and transferring money between bank accounts as required.

Payment of invoices and fees as required or otherwise instructed.

Complete tax filings.

Accounting Entries :-

- Purchase

- Sales

- Journal Entries

- Bank Receipts & Payments

Knowledge of TDS, Individual Income Tax Knowledge of TDS Return filing GST calculation & payment Working Knowledge of Tally ERP
