Designation:- Jr. Accounts Executive

Qualification - B. Com/any Post Graduate in accounts.

Experience :-2-4 yrs.

Salary : As per industry norms.

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

:

Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation

Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures.

Gathering payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line.

Management of petty cash transactions.

Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate, entries into TALLY..

Working with journals, sales & purchase ledgers and spreadsheets.

Maintaining accounts system.

Banking money and cheques received and issuing receipts as requested or needed.

Maintaining and transferring money between bank accounts as required.

Payment of invoices and fees as required or otherwise instructed.

Accounting Entries :-

- Purchase

- Sales

- Journal Entries

- Bank Receipts & Payments

Knowledge of TDS Working Knowledge of Tally ERP
