Designation: - Assistant Manager- Logistics (Export)

Education: - Any Graduate

Experience: - Min. 5 years in Pharma Industry

Job Location: - Vashi, Navi Mumbai

:-

1. Prepare Pre-Shipment Documentation

Prepare all pre-shipment documents and forward them to the CHA (Customs House Agent) in a timely manner.

2. Handle Shipping Documents

Manage Airway Bills, Bills of Lading, and other shipping documents as per buyer and shipment requirements.

3. Buyer Coordination

Coordinate with buyers regarding orders, shipment documentation, dispatch schedules, and delivery status.

4. Factory & Vendor Coordination

Work closely with the factory team and third-party manufacturers for order execution, production updates, and timely deliveries.

5. Post-Shipment Documentation

Send original post-shipment documents to the bank or directly to the buyer as required.

6. Shipment Tracking

Track both air and sea shipments to ensure timely arrival at the final destination.

7. Production Planning Support

Actively participate in production planning to ensure smooth order processing and execution.

8. Material & Container Planning

Coordinate with the factory for material availability and plan container stuffing as per dispatch schedules.

9. Export Payment Coordination

Work with the accounts team to follow up on export payments and ensure timely receipt.

10. Customer Outstanding Follow-up

Coordinate with customers to track and follow up on outstanding payments.

11. Freight Debit Notes Management

Prepare and forward freight debit notes to buyers and follow up for payment clearance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in export-import logistics in the pharmaceutical sector,

Strong proficiency in logistics software and a solid understanding of logistics processes.

In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and customs compliance.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, critical.
