Job Description

:

We are looking for a dedicated Recruiter to join our team and help drive the recruitment process. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring of candidates across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates using multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals)
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Maintain a candidate database and generate reports on recruitment metrics

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with recruitment tools and platforms preferred
