We are seeking

experienced and enthusiastic female kindergarten teachers

to join our early years teaching team. The ideal candidate should have a

deep understanding of early childhood development

, classroom experience, and a nurturing teaching style that encourages active learning and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early learning standards Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment Foster intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development through structured activities Observe and assess children's progress and provide individual support when needed Establish strong communication with parents and participate in PTMs Maintain daily records, portfolios, and reports for each student Mentor junior staff and support classroom assistants if needed Coordinate with the academic team on curriculum updates and school events

Required Skills & Attributes:

Strong classroom management and behavior guidance skills Excellent verbal and written communication Experience with activity-based, play-way, or Montessori methods Positive, patient, and child-friendly demeanor Basic tech skills (for digital learning or reporting) Creative, organized, and team-oriented

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
