Experience: 8 Years and above KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DELIVERABLES: Develop Annual Learning Calendar considering the all sources of TNI from Unit & Business Requirements , Individual TNI , Safety , Talent Management etc Execution of the L&D Training Calendar with structured approach in line with annual plan. Planning and Executions of the Tech. bites and other Exclusive learning intervention as per the Plan Capture the training feedback and measurement of the training effectiveness as per the process Effective Utilization of the Internal & External resources to enhance the learning experience of the employees Learning Campaign : Create the innovative themes to drive the learning culture among the employees (L&D Festival , L&D Week , Tech Bites , MY MDP MY Development etc) Facilitate the Organizational Need Based Training Programs like ABG Competencies , ABG Values , POSH Awareness etc Ability to handle the training programs for the contract workmen as per the organization requirement Planning and Budgeting of the L&D Area and monitor the effective utilization Planning and Execution of the GET / DETs Learning Plan as per the CHR Guidelines GVC-ELearning : Encourage and Motivate the employees to undergo GVC courses for both Functional and Behavioural Development If you are interested, please share updated resume or can contact for more details.
