My client TCS has urgent opening for India operations, Define detailed blueprint for development requirements Provide business and functional Expertise for SAP FI module primarily Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams Responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers\' business needs and, consequently, for understanding customers\' businesses. Assess impact and gaps in the current business processes and configuration for the SAP module and provide alternatives and recommendations on the delta design. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients\' needs. Design, customize, configure and testing of FI module Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions. Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems. Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues; Document functional designs, process flows, test cases and results. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements Develop functional and technical specifications for the delta design Responsible for implementing part or all of the technical solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed technical design. Works with and under the direction of the Project/Technical Manager and with customer nominated representatives. Develop the data conversion template and formalize with the business users for the usage Drive Data Migration Provide support for data migration and validation activities during mock conversion and go live Provide support in defect resolution for SAP functional issues Desired Skills & Experience Minimum of 10 years of experience in a multi-module, multi-country full cycle implementation as well as in support projects. Minimum of 10 years designing and configuring FI modules knowledge of the key integration points between the other SAP modules. Should be able to complete end to end FI functionality including below: Configuration of functionalities in GL, AR, AP, Bank Accounting, AA, Taxes, Closing Integration with CO, MM, SD, PP and PS Knowledge of Data Migration and usage of LSMWs Preparation of Functional specifications for WRICEF Knowledge of IDocs and interfaces to deal with third party systems Experience with HPE ALM and SAP Solution Manager Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others Must be results oriented, and demonstrate- adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness The ability to work independently as well as in project teams Qualifications Masters degree in Finance or equivalent SAP Certification (Good to Have)
