Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons in Economics for Classes XI and XII as per CBSE guidelines.

• Develop and implement lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment tools to support diverse learning styles.

• Conduct regular formative and summative assessments, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.

• Monitor student progress, identify learning gaps, and provide individualized academic support.

• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and professional development workshops.

• Contribute to co-curricular activities such as quizzes, debates, economics clubs, and career guidance sessions.

• Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure a cohesive academic experience across subjects.

• Uphold school policies, promote a positive classroom environment, and maintain strong student-teacher relationships.

Requirements
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics with a Post Graduate (PG) qualification (PGT Economics) from a recognized university.

• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is mandatory.

• Strong command of the CBSE curriculum for Class XI and XII Economics, including Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and Indian Economic Development.

• Proficiency in using digital tools and educational technology for interactive teaching and assessment.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for teaching, student mentorship, and continuous professional growth.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced academic environment.
