Job Description

Key Responsibilities
-Handle and manage daily operational activities for clothing brands and cafe outlets.
-Assist the CEO with travel planning, scheduling, operational arrangements, and logistics.
-Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers; schedule and attend vendor meetings.
-Manage logistics, inventory coordination, and operational planning.
-Support recruitment and hiring processes for cafes and clothing brand staff.
-Ensure smooth internal coordination between departments.
-Maintain operational documentation, and compliance records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
-Proven experience in operations, coordination, or management roles.
-Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
-Language Requirement: Hindi (Mandatory), Gujarati (Preferred/Plus).
-Experience in retail, fashion, hospitality, or cafe operations will be an added advantage.
