Key Responsibilities

Plant Cultivation:

Overseeing the care, maintenance, and propagation of plants, including vegetables, fruits, flowers, and ornamentals.

Design and Maintenance:

Planning and implementing the design and maintenance of gardens, parks, and landscapes, ensuring aesthetic appeal and functionality.

Soil and Irrigation Management:

Testing soil, managing irrigation systems, and applying fertilizers to promote optimal plant growth.

Pest and Disease Control:

Monitoring plants for pests and diseases and implementing appropriate control measures to protect plant health.

Research and Development:

Conducting research to improve plant varieties, increase yield, and enhance plant qualities like taste and size.

Equipment Operation:

Operating and maintaining equipment used in cultivation, such as farming equipment, sprayers, and irrigation systems.

Skills and Knowledge

Plant Science:

Comprehensive knowledge of plant biology, taxonomy, and ecology.

Horticultural Practices:

Expertise in planting, pruning, propagation, pest management, and fertilization techniques.

Environmental Awareness:

Understanding of soil science, climate, and how to design and manage sustainable green spaces.

Technical Skills:

Ability to operate and maintain horticultural equipment and utilize relevant technologies.

Soft Skills:

Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
