Job Summary:
We are seeking a minimum 5 years of experience and a dynamic Sales Manager with a proven background in the study abroad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing counsellors, developing strategies to achieve targets, and expanding business opportunities. This role requires strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales/counselling team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase student enrolments for overseas education programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
Oversee enquiry management, follow-ups, and conversion of leads into successful admissions.
Track and analyze sales performance, preparing periodic reports for management.
Stay updated with international education trends, university tie-ups, and visa requirements.
Coordinate with marketing teams to run promotional campaigns, seminars, and student engagement activities.
Ensure excellent customer service and a high student satisfaction rate.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales and business development in the study abroad.
Strong understanding of student counselling, admissions process, and overseas universities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and guide a sales team effectively.
Result-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
