Position Overview
The Sales Executive (Fresher) will support the sales team in identifying potential customers, promoting company products, and assisting in sales operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are looking to start their career in sales and gain hands-on exposure to industrial and field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in identifying potential customers through market visits and data provided by the company
Visit clients along with senior sales team members to understand customer requirements
Explain basic product details to customers after proper training
Support in preparing quotations and follow up with customers
Maintain records of inquiries, client interactions, and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams such as production, dispatch, and accounts for order processing
Submit daily activity reports to the reporting manager
Learn and follow company sales processes and policies
Requirements
Graduate or diploma holder (any discipline)
Fresher or candidates with internship / training exposure can apply
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in field sales and travel locally
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
