Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Nurturing

  • Follow up with daily leads.
  • Understand customer requirements and convert leads into prospects.
2. Customer Communication & Field Visits
  • Communicate professionally with customers on calls/WhatsApp.
  • Visit customer sites for meetings, surveys, and presentations.
3. Explain Solar System & Subsidy
  • Explain solar system features, benefits, and working in simple language.
  • Provide accurate information about government subsidies (PM Suryaghar Yojana, GEDA,
etc.).
4. Quotation & Negotiation
  • Prepare quotations based on the customer's requirement.
  • Explain pricing and negotiate professionally.
5. Order Closing
  • Convert leads into confirmed orders.
  • Collect advance payments and complete documentation.
  • Coordinate with the technical/project team after order confirmation.
Candidate Requirements
Mandatory:
  • Male candidate only
  • Must be from Surat or willing to work in Surat
  • Minimum 1 year experience in any field sales (Real estate, FMCG, Telecom, Insurance, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Selling & negotiation skills
  • Field Sales experience
  • BIKE is compulsory (candidate must have own two-wheeler)
  • Valid driving license is required
