We are urgently hiring a

Sales Manager

to join our high-growth team in Raipur. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in field sales with leadership capabilities and a passion for driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of sales executives. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals. Conduct regular team meetings, field visits, and performance reviews. Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Track sales metrics and report performance to management.

Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory. Minimum 2-3 years of field sales experience. Strong leadership and communication skills. Target-driven with a proven record of achieving sales goals. Experience in BFSI or similar sectors is preferred.
