JOB Description
Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor quality of civil, finishing, and MEP works at site.
Check and approve materials as per approved samples and standards.
Identify defects/NCRs and ensure timely corrective actions.
Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, and test results.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams on quality issues.
Ensure compliance with statutory codes and project quality requirements.
