Position: Technical Developer -- PHP
We are seeking a passionate Technical Developer to join our team, building
innovative web applications. This role combines traditional LAMP stack development with cutting-edge generative AI integration to
create meaningful digital experiences that serve our global community.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, MySQL, Apache, and Linux environments
Integrate generative AI capabilities into existing platforms and new features
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate community needs into technical
solutions
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
Implement AI-powered features such as content generation, intelligent matching, and
personalized experiences
Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards
Contribute to technical architecture decisions and best practices
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience with LAMP stack development (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
Proficiency in modern PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, or similar)
Experience with RESTful APIs and database design
Familiarity with generative AI tools and APIs (OpenAI, Claude, or similar)
Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and agile development practices
Understanding of web security principles and performance optimization
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization
