JDL& DThis role will manage
1. Onboarding training for employees end to end,
2. Program manage the entire Functional onboarding for Supply and DnD frontline employees.
3. Will be responsible for the campus onboarding training.
4. Work on data collation, decipher patterns and build potential changes to the existing learning solutions.
5. Lead and manage the performance of contractual trainers in MP.For these responsibilities would require a smart individual who could be a passout from any reputed institution like TISS/ XLRI - immediate joiner with 2 years of experience or 5 to 6 years of corporate learning experience with a strong acumen on design and program management.
