The Junior IT Executive will support day-to-day IT operations, assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems across the organization. This role is ideal for someone with basic technical knowledge and a strong willingness to learn and grow in the IT field.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
Support the setup and maintenance of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and other network components.
Troubleshoot system and application errors through remote or on-site support.
Coordinate with senior IT staff for escalated issues and project tasks.
Monitor system performance and report issues proactively.
Assist with IT documentation, inventory management, and asset tracking.
Ensure regular updates and patches for systems and applications.
Provide technical support during meetings, events, and internal activities.
Preferred Skills
:
Basic knowledge of CCTV system.
Understanding of network concepts (IP addressing, PoE, LAN).
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues.
Good understanding of basic IT support tasks (OS installation, peripheral setup, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle on-site tasks.
