Position Summary
The Head of Human Resources will be a senior leadership role responsible for managing and overseeing all core HR functions of the organization.
The role requires excellent communication, strong leadership capabilities, and extensive experience across the full HR lifecycle to support business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
Act as a strategic partner to senior management on people-related matters
Lead organizational development and change management initiatives
Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and exits
Ensure effective manpower planning and workforce optimization
Manage HR policies, procedures, and systems
Manage all HR core functions including recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee relations
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Lead employee engagement, training, and performance initiatives
Act as a strategic HR partner to senior management
