Fresher Recruiter - IT/BFSI

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fresher Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, specializing in IT/BFSI recruitment. As a Fresher Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in the IT and BFSI industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and attracting candidates: Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to attract high-caliber candidates.

2. Screening and shortlisting candidates: Evaluate candidate resumes, cover letters, and other application materials to identify top talent.

3. Coordinating interviews and assessments: Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and other evaluation tools to assess candidate fit.

4. Maintaining candidate relationships: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.

5. Learning and development: Participate in training and development programs to enhance recruitment skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

1. 0-1 year of recruitment experience: Freshers or those with limited recruitment experience are welcome to apply.

2. Graduate degree: Bachelor's degree in any field.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

4. Basic knowledge of IT/BFSI industry: Familiarity with the IT and BFSI industries, including key players, trends, and technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
