Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team at UKAI Gujarat, a leading player in the construction industry. This role is ideal for a fresher (0-2 years of experience) who is eager to build a strong foundation in civil engineering within a fast-paced, project-driven environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the end-to-end execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to technical standards, safety protocols, and project timelines. You will be involved in project planning, site supervision, technical problem-solving, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real-world construction projects while contributing to the delivery of high-quality infrastructure. Your ability to apply project management principles, utilize AutoCAD for design support, and ensure electrical safety and welding compliance will be critical to project success.
Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction projects from inception to completion.

• Provide technical support during site operations, including design verification, material specifications, and construction methodology.

• Utilize AutoCAD for drafting, modifying, and maintaining construction drawings and technical documentation.

• Support project planning activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.

• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

• Ensure strict adherence to electrical safety protocols and welding standards during site operations.

• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other engineers to maintain seamless project workflows.

• Maintain accurate records of project progress, deviations, and corrective actions.

• Participate in safety audits, site meetings, and reporting sessions to ensure project alignment with quality and safety benchmarks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Strong understanding of project management principles and construction lifecycle processes.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drafting and design support.

• Familiarity with project execution workflows, including planning, monitoring, and reporting.

• Basic knowledge of electrical safety protocols and welding standards in construction environments.

• Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in technical settings.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced construction environment.

• Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing project demands.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites as required
