Job Description

Key Responsibilities:*

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export/import laws, and company policies.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Coordinate and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Handle customs clearance procedures and resolve any issues related to international shipments.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.).
• Track and report shipment status, costs, and delivery performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, finance, operations) to support smooth trade operations.

*Requirements:*

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, trade compliance, and documentation.
• Experience in negotiating contracts and managing logistics partners.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
