The position covers the entire Bengaluru region. If you are from the industry and have interest in the similar role, we would like to meet you.RESPONSIBILITIES: - Meet with prospects and clients and offer them deals Communicate with clients to effectively identify their requirement Continuous lead generation and follow - up processes Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices and related matters, ensuring a fair dealing Prepare necessary paperwork's Monitor the market to identify individuals with interest to convince them and secure a deal Maintain and update list of prospects & properties Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices In a nutshell, develop networks and promote sales through any routeREQUIREMENTS: - Must have relevant work experience of sales role in Real Estate/Infrastructure Industry Should carry an Undergraduate Degree Should have client facing skills Must have a bike and a valid driving license Must be an aggressive, target oriented sales person Should have good knowledge of the market area and sentiments Should act as a brand ambassador of the company in marketJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?15,000.00 - ?27,523.94 per monthSchedule:
