About the Position
The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels, including global marketplaces and the company's website. This role requires strong expertise in product listing, catalog management, and performance optimization. The position plays a critical role in driving online revenue growth and enhancing the brand's digital presence in the luxury segment.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize ecommerce platforms including Amazon, eBay, and the official website.
• Handle end-to-end product listing, including product titles, detailed descriptions, pricing, images, certifications, and inventory updates.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and premium presentation of all product data in line with luxury brand standards.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, sales performance, and customer behavior.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, special offers, discounts, and cross-selling strategies to drive online sales.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing benchmarks, and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, design, and customer service to ensure a smooth online customer journey.
• Work closely with developers and designers to improve website functionality, user experience, and mobile responsiveness.
• Use analytics tools to generate insights and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with ecommerce platform policies, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in ecommerce operations or online sales management.
• Mandatory experience in product listing on Amazon, eBay, and ecommerce websites.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce principles, online merchandising, and digital sales strategies.
• Candidates from Jewellery, Fashion, Luxury, or Premium product backgrounds are highly preferred.
• Experience handling international ecommerce platforms and global customers is an advantage.
• Proficiency in ecommerce analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple SKUs.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
