Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage, update, and maintain accurate records in our system. The role requires speed, accuracy, and responsibility in handling sensitive and important data related to our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, verify, and update data in databases and software applications.
• Review and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Generate basic reports and provide data support to teams as needed.
• Perform regular backups and ensure data security standards are met.
• Assist in organizing and managing digital and physical records.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in data entry or administrative work.
• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) and database software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
