Key Responsibilities:



Handle incoming

food order inquiries

from leads generated through

Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms

. Connect with customers promptly, explain product details, pricing, and offers. Process and confirm orders accurately in the system. Maintain and update

MIS reports

for daily leads, order conversion, and follow-ups. Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth order delivery. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive brand image. Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into orders.

Required Skills:



Good communication skills (Hindi/English). Basic knowledge of

MIS / Excel

(data entry, maintaining sheets, follow-up tracking). Familiarity with

Instagram & Facebook

for handling lead inquiries. Customer-centric approach with good convincing skills. Ability to multitask and handle customer queries professionally.
