Job Summary:

Responsible for all the cash transaction activities in the store.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Excel Ensure smoothes processing of promotions during billing.

Handle exchanges, returns and escalated customer complaints as per the company policy

Record and tally inward and outward bills on daily basis

Maintain records of all the expenses

Maintain record and receipts Credit Card payments

Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate

Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies

Handle merchandise returns and exchanges

Knowledge of working on billing system and MS Excel.

Qualifications and Skills:

Graduate with Minimum 3 - 5 years of work experience as a cashier.

Should be from: Gold/Jewellery Industry.
