- Associate_ Customer service

Experience

- Minimum 1yr experience required from Banking Process ( Inbound / Outbound ) from BPO Industry.

Skills Required

- Need candidates with banking experience and must be familiar with banking terms (Demand Draft, Cheque, credit card, Debit Card, Corporate Banking, Retail Banking) To handle bank customer queries/complaints and resolve the same over the call,

Languages

- Excellent communication skills needed in English.

Qualification

- Any Graduates

Shift

- Day shift ( 8Am - 9pm ) Any 9 hours

Week Off

- Sunday Fixed Off

Salary Range

( 6 - 12Month Exp - 28K ) ( 12 - 23Month Exp - 33k )

Location

- Ghansoli Navi Mumbai
