Job Description

Job Summary:
The Accounts Executive will manage day-to-day accounting activities related to e-commerce operations, ensuring accurate financial records, compliance, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage e-commerce accounting including sales, returns, refunds, and marketplace settlements
Reconcile orders, payments, commissions, and GST/TDS from platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Maintain books of accounts, invoices, and expense records
Assist in GST filings, TDS, and statutory compliance
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as required
Prepare MIS reports and support month-end closing
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience in e-commerce or marketplace accounting
Knowledge of GST, reconciliations, and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
