Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area.
  • Manage visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes.
Telephone Operations:
  • Handle and route incoming and outgoing calls efficiently
  • Manage a high volume of calls, ensuring prompt and courteous communication.
  • Record and relay messages accurately to concerned individuals or departments.
Administrative Support:
  • Manage courier services, postal deliveries, and outgoing mail.
  • Maintain an organized schedule for meeting rooms and appointments.
  • Assist in basic administrative tasks as required by the management.
Client Interaction:
  • Address client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.
Qualifications and Experience:
Educational Qualification:
  • Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience as a receptionist or telephone operator in a professional setting.
Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Pleasant demeanor and professional attitude.
