We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven female Customer Success Champion Intern to join our team at Dr. Ash's Aesthetics Skin & Hair Cosmetic Clinic.

Job Title: Customer Success Champion Intern

Job Overview:

This pivotal role involves fostering strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our services with a customer-centric approach. As the Customer Success Champion Intern, you will play a vital role in helping the customer choose the right solution while ensuring an outstanding and delightful customer experience.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Provide personalized assistance and recommendations to clients based on their unique needs and preferences.

2. Business Development:
- Proactively identify opportunities and suggest the best solutions to potential clients.
- Conduct consultations and demonstrate a deep understanding of our offerings to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and implement effective initiatives.

3. Client Onboarding and Follow-up:
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, providing all necessary information and assistance.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any post-treatment concerns.

4. Customer Retention and Loyalty:
- Implement customer retention strategies to enhance client loyalty and satisfaction.
- Regularly engage with clients through personalized communications to nurture long-term relationships.

5. Service Excellence:
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our cosmetic treatments and services to offer expert advice.
- Ensure clients receive top-notch service at all touchpoints, creating a wow experience.

6. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Provide feedback to the management team on clients' needs and preferences.

7. Record Keeping and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on client interactions, feedback, and sales performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Should be motivated to gain an experience in customer relationship management or sales, preferably in the cosmetic or healthcare industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong sales acumen with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to understand clients' needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite / Google Suite.
- A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
