Roles:

Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales goals and exceed expectations. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth. Monitor team performance and provide support as needed.
