Overall in-charge of all departments overseeing the functions for effective and efficient utilization of resources for achieving desired business results. 2. To monitor day to day performance of the departments for improved productivity 3. Developing system related approach to various processes. 4. Daily and weekly reviews of business process for effective planning and operations of all department 5. Monitoring and approving revenue and budgetary expenses, cash payment vouchers, suppliers/vendors bills (Set a limit) 6. Planning and carrying surprise checking and auditing of systems and process. 7. Chief co coordinator between Sales and Logistics Functions 8. Chief co-coordinator between Factory and Head Office. 9. Review of customer complaints and effective resolution of customer complaints. 10. Liaison with suppliers, vendors, government bodies on behalf of organization. 11. Planning and implementing Suppliers Audit and new vendor development. 12. Open for unforeseen tasks Requisite Skills: 1. Minimum 10+ Years\' Experience as Operations Manager 2. Should be task master 3. Ability to work under pressure 4. Should be good in MS Office (Specifically in Advance excel) 5. Must have excellent communication Skills (written and verbal) & Interpersonal Skills 6. Exposure to handle and implement any ERP 7.
