Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Finance team. If you have hands-on experience in billing operations, bank transactions, and financial documentation, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with us!
Key Responsibilities:
? Prepare and dispatch accurate invoices; upload them to client portals
? Manage daily bank transactions and monthly reconciliations
? Track payments, assist with cash flow reports, and maintain banking records
? Coordinate with internal teams for billing inputs and resolve discrepancies
? Handle general accounting tasks including filing, audit support, and customer recovery
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Commerce
? 1-2 years of experience in
billing, banking, and recovery
?
Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
? Strong knowledge of accounting principles
? Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
?
Immediate joiners preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
