Department Overview: In absence of any proactive alarm and red flag mechanism, we monitoring team are tasked to continuously monitor our entire network from customer perspective. Tabulate, report and escalate any and all issues related to technical teams and broadcasters that may be faced by our subscribers. We create and share monthly dashboards on customer issues arising out of broadcasting services with relevant stakeholders and also undertake periodic comparative analytical studies like competition benchmarking studies to establish best practices internally to support and strengthen our R&D teams.
Key Responsibilities:

DTH Monitoring . 24*7 monitoring of all linear channels & value added services with the help of MCR wall and manual zapping of STBs . Checking of audio & video quality of services . OTT (Watcho App) Monitoring . Watcho app monitoring for app launching, live channels, web series, swag & other OTT content on android, IOS & website . Coordination & Escalation . Internal, broadcaster & CC escalation as per the approved escalation matrix . Coordination with internal teams & broadcasters for outages . MIS . Creation of shift report . Creation of handover report . Creation of competitor's service line-up comparison report Qualification & Experience: Technical/Non-Technical graduate, skilled in MIS, good communications skills. 1-3 Years experience in Broadcast NOC (Network Operation Centre) and/or in MIS
