• Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility and customer reach.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to enhance customer experience.
• Address customer feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to understand customer behaviour and improve service strategies.
• Generate reports on customer trends and CRM performance for management review.

• Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills Ability to engage with customers effectively.
• CRM Software Expertise Proficiency in handling customer databases and analytics.
• GMB & SEO Knowledge Experience in online brand management and digital marketing.
• Problem-Solving & Customer Handling Quick decision-making for customer issues.
