Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and prepare high-quality design concepts and detailed drawings for:
Interior and architectural works
Landscaping works
Interior fit-outs and custom joinery
Lead the design process from concept development to execution, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and construction details.
Supervise and guide junior designers and draftsmen as required.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure the design is being implemented accurately.
Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technology to bring innovation to design solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in interior design and fit-out.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Professional, presentable appearance with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for design aesthetics and functionality.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
