Role Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Visual Merchandising Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, proficiency in 3D rendering tools, and hands-on
experience in managing vendors, ensuring quality execution, and delivering innovative in-store concepts.
The role requires a problem-solving mindset, awareness of retail trends, and the ability to manage design
timelines and production efficiently.
Design & Development
? Create 3D renderings, sketches, and technical drawings for VM projects.
? Develop and execute in-store visual merchandising concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
? Ensure designs are innovative, feasible, and consistent across outlets.
Vendor & Production Management
? Coordinate with vendors for production, installation, and execution of VM materials.
? Conduct quality checks and ensure timely delivery.
? Monitor costs and maintain quality standards.
Execution & Store Experience
? Conduct regular store visits and visual audits to ensure VM standards.
? Work closely with Marketing, Retail, and Operations teams for seamless execution.
? Provide creative input to enhance store presentation and customer experience.
Market Research & Innovation
? Stay updated with the latest retail design trends and competitor activities.
? Recommend and implement new VM strategies to improve brand visibility.
