Key Responsibilities:Content Strategy & Development:Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies tailored to financial services audiences.Create high-quality, engaging, and compliant content for blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, whitepapers, and customer communications.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.Social Media Management:Lead the planning, creation, and scheduling of content across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).Monitor engagement metrics and optimize campaigns to increase reach, followers, and lead generation.Stay up to date with social trends and regulatory considerations in financial services marketing.Website Management:Oversee the day-to-day management of the company website, ensuring it is current, user-friendly, and aligned with brand messaging.Coordinate with designers, developers, and content teams to update and optimize web pages for SEO and lead conversion.Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to track performance and improve user experience.Requirements:5+ years of experience in digital marketing within the Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services sector.Proven expertise in content creation, social media strategy, and website management.Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, SEO, and customer engagement in regulated industries.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in tools such as CMS (WordPress or similar), Hootsuite/Buffer, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and basic design/editing platforms (Canva, Adobe Suite).Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Why Join Us?Work in a dynamic, innovation-driven financial organization.Make a measurable impact on brand visibility and customer engagement.Flexible, inclusive work environment with growth opportunities.
