Roles and Responsibilities: * Ensure adherence to all environmental laws, rules, and regulations (CPCB, SPCB, MoEF, etc.).
Obtain and maintain necessary environmental clearances, NOCs, and consents (CTO, CTE, Hazardous Waste Authorization, etc.).
Prepare and submit periodic reports to environmental regulatory bodies.
Maintain all documentation required for audits, client requirements, and regulatory inspections.
Conduct environmental audits and inspections across project sites or plant facilities.P
Conduct monthly environmental assessments to identify impacts, ensure regulatory compliance, and recommend risk mitigation.
Monitor air, water, soil, and noise pollution levels using appropriate instruments and methods.
Maintain records of waste disposal, emission levels, and environmental incidents.
Design and implement strategies for waste reduction, segregation, treatment, and safe disposal.
Ensuring solid waste processing, focusing on effective collection, segregation, and maximizing resource recovery from construction and demolition waste.
Verify the quality of processed environmental products like RDF, compost, inert materials, aggregates, recycled concrete, and RAP, ensuring they meet reuse or disposal standards.
Oversee hazardous material handling and spill management procedures.
Promote efficient resource usage (water, energy, raw materials).
Develop Environmental Management Plans (EMP) and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA).
Contribute to sustainability reporting, carbon footprint analysis, and green certifications.
Encourage adoption of eco-friendly practices across all levels of the organization.
Conduct environmental awareness programs and training for staff and workers.
