Job Title:

Urgent International Voice Process.

Location : Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and analyze resumes to extract relevant keywords aligned with current organizational hiring needs. Source and screen qualified candidates through various job boards and recruitment platforms. Maintain and update recruitment databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of candidate progress. Assess candidate profiles for credibility and completeness, ensuring all required documentation is obtained. Communicate proactively with applicants, keeping them informed about their application status at every stage of the recruitment process. Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, building strong and professional relationships throughout the selection journey. Initiate engagement with potential candidates and guide them through IT-focused Knowledge Transfer Programs, offering valuable insights into the organization's internal hiring practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.

Skills:

Basic proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and internet navigation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong organizational skills and the ability to build effective interpersonal relationships. Self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
