Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or similar role Excellent communication and persuasion skills Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting targets Comfortable with phone-based selling Basic computer proficiency Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in HR services, recruitment, or career services industry Understanding of job search and career development processes Bachelor's degree in any field
