Role: Associate/Sr. Associate
Nature of Job: Resolving the queries of the customers via chat and mail
Qualification: HSC / Diploma / Arts and Science / Engineering graduates can apply
Should have excellent English communication with a decent accent
Should know how
to
handle the customers and resolve their issues
Should be flexible to work in
rotational shifts - Morning / Afternoon / Night
Two way cab will be provided for all shifts (pickup and drop)
5 days working 2 days off
Work Location - CHANDIGARH, MOHALI & PUNCHKULA (work from office)
Salary Range - CTC 3.5 LPA to 4 LPA
Knowledge & Skills:
Fluent in English communication is Mandatory
Excellent accent skills
Customer focused
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
Ability to adapt to continuously changing procedures and environment
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
